Friday Night Video: Walking Is the Only Exercise Your Body Was Actually Designed For

The video title is a little extreme, as they tend to be. It’s obvious there’s plenty of other exercises we were designed for, but let’s say walking daily for 5 or 6 miles at your natural pace is pretty much an ideal longevity exercise. You could mimick part of the effects with other exercising, but walking builds the “longevity investment” directly.

Not sure what’s going on with the egregious spelling errors in the diagrams, but you can still make sense of them, even if they are rather too science-based for normal viewers (me).
