Recipe: Protein Sludge

Ingredients

2 Tbsp protein powder
1 Tbsp no-sugar peanut butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp Stevia
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 pinch iodized salt
2 Tbsp kefir or whole milk
Frozen berries as desired

Directions

  1. Mix it all together
