Recipe: Nutrient Bomb Bowl

Ingredients

3 lbs beef (92/8)
2.5 c broccoli
13.5 oz can spinach (1.5 c)
28 oz can diced tomatoes (3.5 c)
1 lb can mushrooms (2 c)
1/2 cup seasoning mix
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 Tbsp app c vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat
  2. Add in everything else
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes, covered
  4. Remove cover, simmer for additional 10 minutes
  5. Serve with full fat Greek yogurt
  6. Useless Information
