Photos: Mt. St. Peter’s Church in New Kensington, PA

Only three photos here, but I thought they were noteworthy.

Michael the Archangel, judging by the sword-brandishing. I actually don’t know if it’s him since I didn’t check the plaque and there’s no information online, but let’s go with it:

    • True. This one has a classic shape of fire, even though I was more concerned with getting everything symmetrical.

      Hard to see but if you open the original image, you can see a slightly illuminated straight angle just left to the fire, but near the top of the stairs. It was a very ling fire hook. Those things fascinate me. I almost asked one of the firemen if I could hold it but they seemed preoccupied, understandably.
