Ingredients
2 cans tuna (5 oz)
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Optional:
1 yellow onion (chopped), or 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slather some olive oil on a baking pan
3. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mash it up with your hands
4. Form into patties
5. Bake for 15 minutes on each side

Not terribly difficult to make or even remember, but I am posting it here for safekeeping. I haven’t tried this with paleo or keto breadcrumbs but I am assuming that can also work. This pairs (triples?) well with broccoli and, if you don’t care about carbs, angel hair pasta.
