After 100 straight wins on hard mode, I think it’s time for me to put Wordle out to pasture as part of my daily morning routine. I was hoping my usual start word of “AUDIO” (lots of vowels) would be the answer of the day, so I’d have a one-guess win in the bag, but that’s language for you.
There’s a few sites out there I found to cheat or fudge a little bit in the game. There was one site that explained how to search one of the javascript files it calls (for some reason, there are dozens of css and js files being called on such a minimalist site; who got their overengineering hands on Wordle?), to find all the answers. The only cheating I did was to find if “AUDIO” was already a past answer when I really started getting into it.
For a larger challenge, I tried Semantle a few times. It was enjoyable the first few times, but you really have to be a puzzle person to make it a daily challenge.

That castle is demolished. Where’s the next battle?
I actually do have a list of things to get done before the end of year, tackling them one at a time, in order. Wordle was one of them, though it could overlap with other tasks since you can only do one game/day. Next thing on my list is your 4th book, which should be submitted to Amazon this weekend 🙂
Woohoo!
Book submitted, just now. I will also post in the esteemed forum. 🙂
