I wonder if they ever broke even in the post-theater distribution? I didn’t even like the trailer and samples I found on YouTube.
Not sure if it broke even…it didn’t do well in theaters and wasn’t loved by critics. It was based on an animated series that MTV, of all channels, ran, which was pretty excellent all around. It had complex characters and dealt with some interesting ethical issues. Some episodes didn’t have any dialogue.
